  • Customers must provide a clear unboxing video taken from the moment the package is opened, showing the damage or issue clearly.

🎥 Unboxing Video Requirement

The unboxing video is mandatory for any replacement request. This video helps us verify the issue and ensure fair handling for all customers.

📩 How to Request a Replacement

  1. Record a clear unboxing video before opening the product.

  2. If you find the product damaged, contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  3. Send the unboxing video and your order details to our customer support on WhatsApp or email.

⚠️ Note

  • No replacement will be processed without a valid unboxing video.

  • Damage caused by mishandling after delivery is not covered.

  • Replacements are subject to availability of stock.
